Student loan refund

Student loan refunds can be processed through the software by setting the student loan as negative.

Please note that the student loan refund cannot be more than what has already been paid. The software will allow you to enter more but when an FPS is submitted, an error will be thrown.

How to process a student loan refund?

1. Go to Open & Pay Employee > Change... :

2. Then go to Student Loans, enter the refund amount as a negative and Save Student Loan:

3. The student loan refund will then show on the payslip:
